Appointment of Geoffrey Martin
Melrose PLC (the "Company")
Melrose PLC announces the appointment of Geoffrey Peter Martin BA ACA as Group
Finance Director with immediate effect.
Geoffrey Martin has a wide range of experience at Royal Doulton PLC, where he
has been Group Finance Director from October 2000, having been heavily involved
in major projects including public equity and debt refinancings and the
restructuring and outsourcing of Royal Doulton's manufacturing and supply chain.
Geoffrey Martin (aged 37) has no other current directorships and, other than
Royal Doulton PLC, has not held any other directorships over the previous five
years.
As at the date of this announcement, Geoffrey Martin holds 15,000 ordinary
shares in the Company.
There are no other matters which are required to be announced as required under
paragraph (f) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
