COMPLETION OF THE SALE OF LOGISTEX NORTH AMERICA (the "Disposal")

Melrose is pleased to confirm the completion of the sale of FKI Logistex Holdings Inc., the holding company of the Logistex North America business, to Intelligrated Inc., as announced on 28 May 2008. The disposal proceeds of US $40m will be used to repay group debt.
