Melrose Plc - Application for admission to the Official List and notice of
intended cancellation of AIM listing
As stated in the AIM Admission Document posted to shareholders on 21 April 2005
and the interim results of Melrose Plc (the "Company") announced on 27 September
2005, the Company intends to apply for admission of its ordinary share capital
to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London
Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
Pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules, the Company hereby gives notice of the
intended cancellation of trading of the Company's issued ordinary share capital
on AIM.
It is expected that the Company's ordinary shares will be simultaneously
cancelled on AIM and admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority
and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities
during December, but no earlier than 9 December 2005, subject to the receipt of
the necessary approvals from the UK Listing Authority.
