Results of Annual General Meeting

Melrose is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 10 May 2018, each of the fourteen Ordinary Resolutions and four Special Resolutions was passed on a poll. Further details of each of the resolutions are set out in the Notice of Meeting, which was sent to shareholders on 10 April 2018.
