FOURTH QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

The Directors have declared that a fourth interim dividend of 18.00p per share will be paid on 1^st May 2013 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 2^nd April 2013.  The ex-dividend date will be 27^th March 2013.  The election date for the Dividend Re-Investment Plan will be 16^th April 2013.
