FOURTH QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

The Directors have declared that a fourth interim dividend of 16.00p per share will be paid on 1^st May 2014 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 4^th April 2014.  The ex-dividend date will be 2^nd April 2014.  The election date for the Dividend Re-Investment Plan will be 14^th April 2014.
