FOURTH QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

The Directors have declared that a fourth interim dividend of 13.00p per share will be paid on 3^rd May 2016 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 8^th April 2016.  The ex-dividend date will be 7^th April 2016.  The election date for the Dividend Re-Investment Plan will be 11^th April 2016.
