FOURTH QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 2.85 pence per share will be paid on 3rd May 2022 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 1st April 2022.  The ex-dividend date will be 31st March 2022. This brings the total dividend for the financial year ended 31st January 2022 to 6.9 pence, a 3.0% increase on last year's total dividend of 6.7 pence per share.
