THIRD QUARTERLY INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Directors have declared that a third quarterly interim dividend of 1.35 pence per share will be paid on 1st February 2023 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 23rd December 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 22nd December 2022.

The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) which is managed by the registrar, Equiniti, and the deadline for elections under the DRIP (to start the plan from this dividend) is 11th January 2023. Shareholders holding their shares through specialist platforms may also be able to participate in a DRIP and should contact their providers for details.
