Montpellier Group announces that it has applied for 2,584 new ordinary 10p
shares to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of employee
share options. It is expected that admission will take place and dealings will
commence on 20 February 2002. The Company now has a total of 60,893,878 ordinary
10p shares in issue.
