Montpellier Group announces that it has applied for 9,830 new ordinary 10p
shares to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of employee
share options. It is expected that admission will take place and dealings will
commence on 31 May 2002. The Company now has a total of 78,365,542 ordinary 10p
shares in issue.
