Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Montpellier is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Non-Executive
Director to its Board, effective on 2 June 2004.

John Biles (56) is currently Finance Director of FKI plc, the major
international engineering group, where he has been since 1998.  Prior to that he
was Group Financial Director for Chubb Security Plc from 1991 to 1997.  Mr Biles
will chair the Audit Committee.

Details of Mr Biles's previous directorships will be announced in due course.
