Montpellier Group announces that it was informed on 4 June 2003 that, on the
same day, Mr Paul Sellars, Managing Director, exercised options over 50,000
shares in the Company, awarded under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and
the subject of a block listing. Also on the same day, Mr Sellars entered an
agreement to sell 50,000 shares at a price of 31 pence and his holding remains
at 15,532 shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the enlarged
issued share capital of the Company of 78,658,225.
