Please be advised that YJL has been notified that, following the share buy-backs
exercised on 18th, 24th and 29th August 2000, the companies listed
below hold the following interests in the issued share capital the company.
UBS AG/Warburg Dillon Read has an interest in the 10p ordinary shares of the
company of 3,580,000 shares representing 5.00% of the 71,670,780 shares in
issue.
Macob Holdings Limited has an interest in the 10p ordinary shares of the
company of 4,525,852 shares representing 6.31% of the 71,670,780 shares in
issue.
Browallia International BV has an interest in the 10p ordinary shares of the
company of 22,538,166 shares representing 31.45% of the 71,670,780 shares in
issue.
