The Company has received the following notifications from Browallia Discount
Company Limited ('Browallia') and British Mohair Holdings Limited ('Mohair).

On 17 May 2004, Browallia transferred 20,000,000 Ordinary shares (which
represents 33.39% of the shares in issue) registered in its own name to Mohair,
an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of Forvaltnings AB Browallia.

As at 17 May 2004, Browallia ceased to have a beneficial interest in the
shares of the Company.
