The Company has received today the following notifications from Browallia
Holdings Limited ('Browallia') and British Mohair Holdings Limited ('Mohair').
Both companies are indirectly wholly owned subsidiaries of Forvaltnings AB
Browallia.

On 3 September 2004 Browallia acquired 20,000,000 Ordinary shares representing
33.39% of the issued share capital of the Company, from Mohair.

As at 3 September 2004, Mohair ceased to have a beneficial interest in the
shares of the Company.
