Holdings in Company

The Company received notification on 9 January 2006 that, as at 9 January 2006,
Anglo Irish Trust Company Limited is interested in 10,000,000 ordinary shares of
10p each representing 16.7% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company also received notification today stating that on 9 January 2006,
Christineborg Fastigheter AB sold its entire holding in the Company's shares.
