Montpellier Group Plc (the 'Company') has received today the following
notifications from Browallia Holdings Limited ('Browallia'), Christineborg
Fastigheter AB ('Christineborg') and Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet ('Bronsst
adet'). Browallia is an indirectly wholly owned subsidiary of Forvaltnings AB
Browallia ('Forvaltnings'), and in turn Christineborg and Bronsstadet are each
beneficially interested in 50% of Forvaltnings.



The following transactions happened on 1 December 2004:


   •Browallia has sold 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 33.39% of the
    issued share capital of the Company, and has no further interest in the
    share capital of Montpellier Group Plc,

   •Christineborg has acquired 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 16.69%
    of the issued share capital of the Company and its total holding in the
    share capital of Montpellier Group Plc. Christineborg is wholly owned by Ulf
    Linden and his daughter, Jenny Linden Urnes,

   •Bronsstadet has acquired 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 16.69%
    of the issued share capital of the Company and its total holding in the
    share capital of Montpellier Group Plc. Bronsstadet is wholly owned by Peter
    Gyllenhammar.

   •As Christineborg and Bronsstadet are connected parties, they therefore
    own a total of 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 33.39% of the issued
    share capital of Montpellier Group Plc.
