Result of AGM

SKIL Ports & Logistics Limited is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting held in Guernsey earlier today were duly passed.

Nikhil Gandhi, Chairman of SKIL said, "I want to thank our shareholders for their continuing commitment to our business. The hurdles and difficulties we have faced during the consent process for our Karanja development are well behind us and the team is now fully focused to build our terminal and logistics facility. The EPC contractor has indicated a completion timetable of 26 months, and we are confident that this program will be achieved. I along with the rest of my corporate and local management team are now fully immersed in the build out. I look forward to updating shareholders on progress."
