At the Extraordinary General Meeting of YJL plc ('YJL') held
on 6 April 2000 the ordinary resolution to approve the
acquisition of Britannia Group PLC, as set out in the Notice
of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 17 March 1999, was put
to the meeting and duly passed.
