Update re Karanja project
The Company announces that it presented to the Expert Appraisal Committee of the Ministry of Environment and Forest, Government of India with respect to obtaining final environmental clearance for the development and construction of its port and logistics project at Karanja, Maharashtra, India. The formal minutes of the meeting will be released on the Ministry of Environment and Forest's website (www.moef.nic.in), at which time a further announcement will be made.
The Company has identified its preferred primary EPC Consortium member and expects to announce this appointment in the coming days.
