Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.10% of the issued class of capital) at
458.2576p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 105,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 7
December  2007 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
103,179,877 Ordinary 25p Shares.
