Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.06% of the issued class of capital) at
465.70p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 65,280 Ordinary Shares is due on 4
January  2008 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
102,813,464 Ordinary 25p Shares.
