Director/PDMR Dealings
Mercia Technologies PLC (AIM: MERC), the national investment group focused on the identification, creation, funding and scaling of innovative technology businesses with high growth potential from the UK regions, announces that it has received a notification of the following transactions relating to Ordinary shares of £0.00001 each in the capital of Mercia ("Ordinary Shares") by Directors and PDMRs of the Company as follows:
· Dr Mark Payton, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, became beneficially interested in a further 44,091 Ordinary Shares. The Shares were bought on his behalf on 9 April 2019 at 33.8p per share by his ISA.
· Martin Glanfield, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, became beneficially interested in a further 50,000 Ordinary Shares. The Shares were bought on his behalf on 9 April 2019 at 34.4p per share by his SIPP.
· Julian Viggars, Chief Investment Officer of the Company, became beneficially interested in a further 58,000 Ordinary Shares. The Shares were bought on his behalf on 9 April 2019 at 33.9p per share by his SIPP.
Following the above transactions, Dr Payton and Messrs Glanfield and Viggars are beneficially interested in the following number of Ordinary Shares
