Mercia Technologies PLC (AIM: MERC), the national investment group focused on the identification, creation, funding and scaling of innovative technology businesses with high growth potential from the UK regions, announces that it has received a notification of the following transaction relating to Ordinary shares of £0.00001 each in the capital of Mercia ("Ordinary Shares") by a Director.
Susan Searle, the Non-executive Chair of the Company, sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 37.6p per share and a corresponding number of Ordinary Shares were bought at 38.1p per share by her ISA. Following this transaction Susan Searle and her spouse continue to hold 1,097,388 Ordinary Shares in aggregate, equivalent to 0.36 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary share capital.[1]
