Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the proactive, regionally focused specialist asset manager with c.£940million of assets under management ("AuM"), announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021 is being posted to shareholders today. An electronic copy is also now available on the Company's website at www.mercia.co.uk. 

A Notice of AGM for Mercia's Annual General Meeting, which will take place on 14 September 2021, is included in the Annual Report.
