In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Mercia notifies the market of the following:
As of 31 January 2023, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 446,581,202 ordinary shares of 0.001p ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No shares are currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as of 31 January 2023 is therefore 446,581,202.
The above figure (446,581,202 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company.
