Transfer of Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights

Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the proactive, regionally focused specialist alternative asset manager with over £1.8billion of assets under management, announces that on 22 July 2024, the Company transferred 49,994 Ordinary shares of 0.001p ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury to satisfy the exercise of employee share options.

Accordingly, the Company confirms that as at 31 July 2024, its issued share capital consisted of 431,145,723 Ordinary Shares, all with voting rights. In addition, 15,533,800 shares are currently held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 July 2024 is therefore 431,145,723.

The above figure (431,145,723 Ordinary Shares) may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, to the Company.
