Change of Name

Following the approval by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 16June 2010 the directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the Company's name has been changed to Dods (Group) PLC. This name change has been registered with Companies House.

Dealings under the new name will commence at 8am on 21 June 2010 when the Company's TIDM (ticker symbol) will change from "HVX" to "DODS".

No new share certificates are being issued in respect of existing Ordinary Shares held in certificated form. Shareholders should retain their existing share certificates which will continue to be valid.

In compliance with AIM Rule 26, details of the Company will shortly be available on the new website address www.dodsgroupplc.com
