                      Notification of Dealing by Director



The Company was yesterday notified that John van Kuffeler, Executive Chairman,
had entered into the following two dealing transactions on 28 March 2007 in
relation to his beneficial interest in the Ordinary share capital of the
Company:

o         the sale and purchase of 280,000 Ordinary shares (of nominal value 10 
          pence each) at 49.5 pence per share; and

o         the sale and purchase of 378,200 Ordinary shares (of nominal value 10 
          pence each) at 49.5 pence per share.

Consequently, and following these portfolio-managed transactions, the total
beneficial interest held by John van  Kuffeler in the share capital of the
Company remains unchanged at 2,459,036 Ordinary shares.
