As announced on 25 November 2005, Dan O'Brien has been appointed Group Finance
Director effective 1 January 2006.



Dan O'Brien notified the Company on 3 January 2006, that he holds 2,500 Huveaux
PLC Ordinary shares of nominal value 10 pence each representing 0.002% of the
issued share capital.



Mr O'Brien also holds the following options over Ordinary shares under the
Company's Executive Share Option Scheme:
