Notification of change in Director's shareholding

Huveaux has today been notified that Mr. David Horne, Finance Director, has
acquired 120,000 shares of 10p each at a price of 50p per share pursuant to the
placing of shares previously announced, and completed yesterday. Mr Horne's
shareholding is now as follows:

Previous:     80,000     (0.11% of then issued share capital)
Acquired:     120,000
New:          200,000    (0.19% of enlarged issued share capital)
