The Board of Huveaux today accepted the resignation of Jean-Marie Simon, 
Directeur General, Huveaux EU, who is leaving to pursue other interests.

The Board would like to thank Jean-Marie for his valued contribution to the 
Group during his period of office.Jean-Marie was appointed a director of Huveaux
PLC on 1 November 2004.
