                         Appointment of Deputy Chairman

Huveaux announces that Kevin Hand (54), non-executive director of Huveaux since
November 2004, will be appointed non-executive Deputy Chairman effective 10
April 2006. Kevin was previously Chief Executive of Emap plc and served on its
Board from 1989 to 2001.
