Huveaux plc today received notification from Jupiter Asset Management Limited
('Jupiter') dated 13 August 2003 that following a recent transaction in the
Ordinary Shares of 10p each in Huveaux plc, Jupiter has an aggregate interest in
6,456,984 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents 12.67% of the total
issued share capital.

The shares are held on behalf of Jupiter Split Trust PLC.
