On 17 April 2007, the Company was advised that Rensburg Sheppards Investment
Management Limited, as at 16 April 2007, held an indirect interest in 7,611,632
ordinary shares (voting rights) representing 5.01% of the Company's issued
Ordinary share capital.

This is an acquisition of voting rights in accordance with DTR 5.2.1.(F) of the
Transparency Directive.
