                            Shareholder Notification



Huveaux has been notified from Jupiter Asset Management Limited ('Jupiter')
dated 28 July 2005 that it has an aggregate interest in 6,609,000 Ordinary
shares in Huveaux PLC ('the Company') which represents 6.14% of the issued
Ordinary shares in the Company, and from Jupiter Second Split Trust dated 27
July 2005 that, following a recent transaction, it holds 5,000,000 Ordinary
shares in the Company representing 4.65% of the issued Ordinary shares. The
Jupiter Second Split Trust holding is included in the aggregate holding of
Jupiter referred to above.
