Following the admission to trading of a further 35,000,000 ordinary shares of
Huveaux, Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary companies have notified the Company
that they have an interest in 12,570,367 ordinary shares of Huveaux,
representing 11.80% of the issued share capital.

The shares are registered in State Street Nominees Ltd
