in accordance with Sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, Deutsche Bank AG
and its subsidiary companies has a notifiable interest in 10,859,131 ordinary
shares of Huveaux, representing 10.20% of the issued share capital.

The shares are registered in the name of State Street Nominees Ltd.
