Huveaux plc have today received notification from Deutsche Bank AG dated 15
November 2004, that in accordance with Sections 198-202 of the Companies Act
1985, Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary companies no longer have a notifiable
interest in the shares of Huveaux plc.

Deutsche Asset Management Limited (a member of the Deutsche Bank Group) have
further confirmed that they, along with Deutsche Asset Management Life &
Pensions Limited, hold 10,452,854 ordinary shares on a discretionary basis,
representing 9.82% of the issued share capital.
