Huveaux plc received notification yesterday from Jupiter Asset Management
Limited dated 2 November 2004, that following the wind up of Jupiter Split Trust
PLC ('Split') and the launch of Jupiter 2nd Split Trust PLC ('2nd Split'), Split
has transferredits entire holding in Huveaux PLC to 2nd Split. 2nd Split now
holds 7,410,959 ordinary shares in Huveaux PLC, representing 6.96% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
