                    Huveaux PLC ('Huveaux' or 'the Company')



The Board of Huveaux has noted the increase in the company's share price this
morning.  The Board understands that this derives from favourable press comment
over the weekend.



As noted in the announcement of the Company's preliminary results made on 8
March 2004, the Company has been seeking further acquisitions.  The Directors
are currently in the process of negotiating a significant acquisition which they
believe is now close to completion.  An announcement is anticipated by the end
of this week.
