Metals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) ("Metals Exploration" or "the Company") announces that its 2016 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10:00am on Friday 24 June 2016 at the Company's registered office address c/o Kerman & Co LLP, 200 Strand, London WC2R 1DJ.

Ian Holzberger, Chairman, will present an update on the Company and matters relating to the development of its Runruno gold project in the Philippines.  A copy of the presentation will be made available on the Company's website after the AGM.
