                         Total Voting Rights





For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency rules, we would like to notify the market of the
following:

As at 29 June 2007, the Company's issued share capital consists of
78,247,337 shares, each with one voting right per share. There are no
shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the
Company is therefore 78,247,337. The above figure of 78,247,337 may
be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required  to notify  their
interest in,  or  a change  to  their interest in,  the  Company,
under the  Disclosure  and  Transparency Rules.
