The following announcement is a correction to the announcement issued at 12.25 p.m. on 19 June 2024 with RNS number 0878T, which omitted certain share purchase transactions. The announcement below contains all relevant information required to be disclosed.

Director/PDMR Shareholding

Metals One (AIM: MET1), which is advancing strategic metals projects in Finland and Norway, announces the following additional purchases of ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Jonathan Owen, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. These share purchase orders were placed as part of a larger buy order by Mr Owen on 18 April 2024 but were omitted from the Company's RNS announcement of the same date detailing Mr Owen's share purchases given they completed after that date.
