2 March 2018: Metro Bank PLC is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2017 (the "Annual Report") has today been published.

The Annual Report is available to view in the Investor Relations section of Metro Bank PLC's website at www.metrobankonline.co.uk.

Printed copies of the Annual Report are expected to be mailed out to shareholders on 22 March 2018.

A copy of the Annual Report has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
