Metro Bank ("the Bank") announces that Sally Clark will step down as Non-Executive Director of Metro Bank plc, effective as of 30 June 2022, following over two years' of service to pursue other opportunities. The Board thanks Sally for her contribution to the Bank during her time in role.
Following the departure of Sally Clark, the Board will comprise eight Non-Executive Directors, all of whom are independent, and one Executive Director.
The make-up of the Board will be kept under review by the Nomination Committee in line with the Board's succession plan.
