Thames Valley Housing Association Limited (TVHA) announces a change to its corporate structure.

Thames Valley Housing Association Limited announces that following shareholder approval, and the Financial Conduct Authority registering the required changes,  that it is to become a subsidiary of Metropolitan Housing Trust Limited with effect from 31 December 2024.

Metropolitan Funding Plc remains a wholly owned subsidiary of Metropolitan Housing Trust Limited.

There are no other changes to the group structure.
