· Appendix 2A - Advising of the issue of 50,341,177 Fully Paid Ordinary Share as a result of the following transactions:

- Exercise of 11,616,892 Listed Share Options

- Exercise of 3,550,000 Employee Performance Rights

- Conversion of $1,250,000 in Convertible Notes to 35,174,285 MGC shares
