Availability of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM:MBH.L), the specialist brick manufacturer, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, together with the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM"), are available for viewing on the Company's website, http://www.mbhplc.co.uk/investor-relations, and have been posted to those shareholders that have elected to receive a hard copy.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is to be held at the offices of Burges Salmon LLP, One Glass Wharf, Bristol BS2 0ZX on Thursday 16 May 2024 at 11.00 a.m. Details of the resolutions proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
